Behind the scene
Cuisine: a shared passion
We were born and grew up here, and now know exactly how to refresh both our “Entre Ciel et Terre” menu and “A la Carte offer” with fresh seasonal and local products.
We take our inspiration from the premium quality of our terroir, as we liaise daily with our suppliers from the village, as well as our farmers and producers from the surroundings. As we do here, they very often work as a family, to deliver the best quality products. Special thanks to
