Legal information

In the context of food allergies, we assume professional liability. However, we thank you for informing us in advance of a lethal risk of contact with one of the already 30 allergens described in the undrinkable Annex II of EU Regulation 1169/2011 . If you do not (re)know them, we will help you: We inform our kind customers that our baker's bread contains organic ancient wheat flour (bladette), therefore gluten , that the pastry chef's croissants also contain butter and are golden, therefore dairy products and egg, that early grapes may contain sulfites and sugar, etc.
For complete information, our water contains 2 hydrogen atoms for 1 oxygen and the air here also contains nitrogen.

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament, here is the electronic link to the online dispute resolution mediation platform. We have never engaged in telephone canvassing, but we must inform you that you can still object by registering on this other platform (We tested it for you, but it's not terribly effective).

In 2010, the French national hotel classification system was privatized. We therefore refused to purchase our stars from private organizations. We logically removed the enamel plaques that had existed since 1930, preferring instead to rely on your comments, our guestbooks, word of mouth, or your online reviews. Our establishment is therefore evolving today beyond its category. The 3 small stars once drawn on one of our facades cannot constitute a misleading commercial practice; they bear witness for a time to the thousand-year-old history of these places and constitute a nod to their fluctuating purpose as a castle, chapel, prison, granary, distillery, stable, carpentry, priest's garden, manor house, restaurant, hotel, dovecote!
